Thanks so much for this website. In the 50's we used to camp, ski, and tobaggan at the American River ski area. We had use of the lodge for winter camps and it was a really wonderful time. In my 60's now, I often remember the great times up there. Only one injury ever and that was a leg going overboard on a tobaggan run. Twisted, but still useable.
