I was visiting family in Chewelah over the holidays and was introduced to two books about Chewelah's history...each book contains information about Chewelah's ski scene...
Gene Schalock's books, "Chewelah and its people" and "Chewelah, A work in process", presents his research about Chewelah and Chewelah Peak/49d North...they both are easy reads and provides information, pictures, and Chewelah Ski Club minutes...the books tell about three (3) locations of the resort - present location plus two others...I only knew about two locations....
