Looking for a ski slop that has the old chair lift standing

In 2004 My brother was taken to this office building that was high up off a very scary dirt road. the office building was on a bluff. My brother said he thouhgt he was above the columbia River between Wenatchee and Brewster. He sais that he could see a old chair lift to the left of this office building, below was a drop of in to the gorge. He was taken there in last summer, he said that there wasn't alot of trees but could see the tree line obove the building. Dry brush, very high up. I need to find this office. My late Mothers Trust is there. Some law firm, cpas.Any way by chance some one knows of this place.
