THE SUB
The Succ-U-Bus (SUB) system provides a powerful suck and blow to send objects around the ship. To use the SUB, first of all you must activate it by clicking on it.

To send something via the SUB, put in the destination room code of where you want this something sent. To do that, drag the appropriate room code from your PET and drop it into the SUB's hopper. You'll hear it go 'dink' as it does so.

Then, drop the item into the SUB and, in your PET, press SEND. That's usually it!

If you send something without entering a room code, it might go to Mother, to the Bomb Room, or to the last destination you sent something to. Finding unaddressed 'lost' items can be tricky, but they are never usually lost for ever. And there is a fuse and switch for the SUB...

ROOM CODES
In your PET, the current room code is always showing on the right side. On the left is a series of slots where these can be stored: your allocated SGT room (for example) is already put there by Marsinta. To save the current room code, drag it from the right side of your PET into the left side ... it is then take up the next vacant slot. Dozens of room codes can be stored in this way. Just clicking on any one code will show you where it is by a line statement in your PET.

If ever you want a spare code so that you can edit it to something different (using SHIFT+ mouse CLICK), simply drag a duplicate room code in and click away!
