It says I shouldn't be in here but it looks like I can do things like pull fuses and so on. I don't know anything about electrics or which ones should I pull so I feel a bit lost here. Does anybody know what they do?

It mostly all works for you. You must switch on those things which are switched off, and for that you need fuses.

There are little labels there which show you what circuit each switch and fuse is controlling. The only one that does not have a fuse (but still has a switch) is the Succ-U-Bus transport system, with the orange switch. That almost always needs to be on, but it can be helpful to switch it off if you lose something in there.
