Night Stalker Movie?

First of all let me just wish the best of luck for Extreme Entertainment and Todd, on there new projects. Now the thing i was wondering about is there any chance that someboby would do an extreme horror film based upon Richard Ramirez aka The Night Stalker? I think there hasn't been one but i could be mistaken.
