The first three, yeah. The rest played off like a list of films that were only added because they were Italian... I would say the top 4 are Cannibal Holocaust, Cannibal Ferox, New York Ripper, and Santa Sangre... Gates Of Hell and Zombie are no more disgusting than NOTLD, or Dawn Of The Dead... hehe
