My feelings toward Todd and EE

I've never met Todd. Never spoken with him in person. But I've contributed a shitload of music to a handful of his films, and have known him for at least two years. It started with Whispers In The Gloom, back in 1998 (that long ago?!) and continues with Lords of Chaos, set to be filmed ine arly 2001. Todd Sheets has done more for me and my band then I could have ever dreamed of acheiving.

He took a small, unknown, talentless band and gave us an opportunity to present our music to a new audience. Now, Mortal Pain is a rather known name amongst underground horror fans. Thanks to Todd.

It didn't take us into stardom, it didn't get us lots of money and beautiful women (nothing could get me the latter) but it gave me something I had always dreamed of: being able to make music for a horror film. Believe it or not, that had been a big dream of mine for quite some time, next to actually directing one, which Todd has inspired me to do. Come this spring, I will be filming The Mooreville Mangler.

From what I know of Todd, he is one of the most kind, caring, thoughtful, understanding, compassionate, hard working, dedicated people you are sure to find. But he's not god. If Eclipse treats it's customers like shit, sure it was a bad business move on Todd's part, but it's not something he could have foreseen. Did anyone blame Hitler's parents for giving him life? No. Not to compare Todd to Hitler's parents, it's just an analogy. The point is, it isn't Todd's fault, and Todd is doing all he can to fix what has gone wrong. If there's one thing I know about Todd, it's that he is a man who keeps his promises. They may take a while to come true, but he DOES keep them

All in all, STOP BITCHING AT TODD. IT ISN'T HIS FAULT. It's not the end of the world. Accept what has happened, trust in Todd, and move on people!!!
