if you beat some meringue powder into it it would be fluffier and get stiffer? I know the stuff on the old houses we used to get was marshmallow based, it had to be from the way it tasted.
I have no experience with the meringue powder. Does this sound like it might work? I may just have to call the bakery and see if they will tell me what they use.
