| Thanks for the input Adam. I keep looking at those Silpat mats - but never have purchased them. I guess if you have 6 of them to rotate, it would work well.
Does the dough roll out pretty good on them?
I like your idea about the pastry scarper - I'll have to try it : )
Just returned from a 20 person Gingerbread party at my church...........that I was in charge of, not part of!
