Confused and need answers!

The Eye Family: 2001 Village is adorible and seems like the perfect idea for my family. Maybe you can be giving this season and help me out with these questions about the Eye Famly: 2001 Village!:

How are the bricks made? Or does anyone know how to make bricks??

What is the trunk of the tree made out of (not the Christmas tree)??

Can you tell what the water mill is made out of? I know the wheel part is a pretzel but thats about it!
