Help!

I am planning to build a gingerbread house for desert at my family's Christmas Party and I wanted to take a stab at the St. Andrews House pattern on your website, Loreta. I wanted to use your Gingerbread Recipe, but was concerned that the amount of GB your recipe makes will be too much or not enough for this particular house. Could you please help me clear this up?
