I don't know that I would use "Loreta's Gingerbread" dough for the St. Andrews House. I used "Deni's Dough". This is a large house and "Loreta's Dough" MIGHT not be stiff enough. However, that particular dough does taste good. It will be your call.
It will probably take 2 or 3 batches of "Loreta's dough"....depends on how thick you make the pieces.
