I've read several recipes and Loretta's recipe seems to the most feasible for me to make. But, it was recommended for larger houses to use the Deni's recipe. What exactly is a larger house?
My children & I made a very basic gingerbread house last year which had a footprint of roughly 8" x 10". (maybe a little bigger, i can't exactly remember.) By the time we were done, it had completely sunk in and was a disaster. I threw the recipe away in disgust so I don't remember how I made it. I never thought my children would want to try it again. To my dismay, THEY DO! So here we go again:).
So I am open to suggestions for success if anyone has any!
