Hmmmm....I have no idea. I've never kept mine for more than a year - they are all donated to some kind of event. Your worst enemy's will be humidity, dust, bugs and hungry children.
Humidity might sag the gingerbread, melt the windows (if they are made of candy) or make colors run in candy and/or frosting.
The dust might dull everything.
The bugs might eat everything.
The children WILL eat everything.
