Ok, I'm just about to start my gbh extravaganza (husband's name for it) and I'm going with a castle, it will be my second.
My first was a few years ago, it was small but turned out great!
Four years ago I moved to Australia and quickly discovered I needed to use the humidity proof recipe as Christmas weather is a tad different here then in Canada!!!
As the outer walls of the castle will be frosted on both sides will the humidity proof recipe stand up okay?
I have looked at the 'plywood' recipe and I know I'll need at least 3 batches and my poor old back just couldn't hack that!
