beginner stumped on basic construction/need detailed instructions/new pattern request

I know this is asking a lot, but I've never built a gingerbread house before, and the patterns are great, but except for the elf house, there aren't clear detailed instructions with exact ingredients and construction steps for we idiots. I'm not sure how to put any of them together. Are there more detailed instructions available?

Also, this is all my daughter's idea for the start of a family tradition, and she's 23 and in medical school. She wants ME to build this for our family homecoming because she doesn't have time, and as I said, neither of us have ever attempted it.

Do you have an easy pattern (with instructions for dummies) for a hospital or doctor's office? That would be a huge surprise for her and would really make her smile.

I have downloaded the blue farmhouse, but I haven't a clue where to begin. I love the details!
