I just started making my first gingerbread elf house. I rolled and cut my pattern on floured foil, which made things much easier, but, what do you do when the pieces bake a bit off size?
The bottom of the front and back pieces have a space showing on the bottom between the ends. Any special suggestions on trimming? I used the 'high humidity' recipe.
