I can't help out with the Good Housekeeping pattern, but check out your local library, or abebooks.com or Amazon or Borders for Teresa Layman's two books: Gingerbread for All Seasons (it has a nice sleigh and reindeer pattern) and Gingerbread Things to Make and Bake (it has a nice barn & silo).
I know that this is not what you were looking for, but it might work, if you come up empty in your search for the Good Housekeeping pattern.
