Shaping gingerbread

I've made some pretty neat shapes for a gingerbread mold by useing "blue Board"foam board, it'a insulation board used in construction. It comes in different thicknesses, I've had to glue several together to get the thickness I wanted. It shape easy with a sharp knife, than smooth it off with sand paper. Than I just lay the warm gingerbread over it and trim the edges.
