Horray for you. The other night I googled candy coating. I learned all about shellac including the insects from India and all facinating stuff. I also discovered the shellac is approved by the FDA for consumption. It's used on pill medications too. Here's my question. In heat and humidity, does it keep the hard candies from melting? I've been warned that the hard candy stained glass will melt in moderate heat with humidity. I live in Texas.
