With the wall of my house lying down, I coated them (1 at a time) with royal icing very thick. I had already sized and cut red licorice sticks to fit. Then place them on the icing coated walls sothe icing squeezes through. Let dry and put wall together. It turned out nice. I found the tip in an old Good Housekeeping mag. Have fun,
