1) Use upside down ice cream cones piped with green royal icing from a star tip.
2) Use flat Christmas tree shaped cookie cutters. Cut out two tree shapes, but slice one in half before baking. After baking attach the two loose halves to the other cookie with icing so that they stand upright as 3-dimensional tree with four sides.
3) Make the Rice Krispies treat recipe, but use cornflakes instead of Rice Krispies, add green food color and then mold mounds of it into the shape of conifer trees.
