Ok mister know-it-all. Before you make a post, you really should have your facts straight! The ones I'm talking about are a blend of corn starch and other ingredients. They are marketed and sold as an egg white substitute, but in fact have no animal products in them at all. They are very hard to find, but do in fact exist! Look...I'm just passing this info along from another source. I didn't make it up...I'm just offering suggestions like you are. This isn't supposed to be a battle of wits, but a site designed to help fellow gingerbreaders out. It's the holidays for goodness sakes. Please stop the pettiness, relax, and try to be kind.
