I've never buiilt a Ferris Wheel, but it certainly sounds fun.

The challenge will depend on the size of the Ferris Wheel. If small enough, you can build the "wheel" as a single unit (actually 2 wheels).

If you want a large Ferris Wheel, you will need to make spokes and "wheel" sections and try and use frosting to glue it all together to form a wheel.

What size are you looking to make? I could certainly work on trying to develop a pattern, or insructions.
