Sorry about that - I'm thinking the wheel should be somewhere in the 12 t0 14 inch size that way it could handle three or four cars. Then the base - I would think might??? have a couple inches on it. My "vision" (if you can call it that) is the wheel adjacent to a small house that would be ticket booth/souvenirs and then maybe a water feature somewhere w/a fun little fence around it and maybe a bridge going over it to the wheel. All but the wheel I have under control (natch! )
