These came from my friend in Brussels, Belgium, who does that for a living. All these recipes pipe nicely without any cooking or sticky mess.
#1 Use the regular recipe, but use powdered eggs in place of the whites. No animal proteins in the powdered versions.

7 Tablespoon water
4 Tablespoon meringue powder (Ener-G egg replacer)
7 cups of powdered sugar
1/2 teaspoon cream of tartar

1 lb. confectioners' sugar
1/4 cup powdered soy milk
6 T. soy milk
6 T. light corn syrup |
