Response to Have a question regarding barrettes.....

 

First, if you're not noticing any problems, you'r probably ok. When a barrette pulls your hair, you know it!
I can't use anything with springs, my hair leaps into things that might tear it away. An alternative for you are spring-free barrettes, at tenderheaded.com.
Also, I don't know what they're called, but I switched from barrettes entirely to those one-piece things that click into place. Anybody know what I'm talking about? If you really want details on those, let me know and I'll post a pic.
