IRC chat?

You can use the "chat now" part of this site (http://www.dal.net/ ) to get in if you don't have an IRC chat program. Just type in "/joil #LHC" when the pop up window loads.

Hair oiled, about a week post wash.
Herbs only routine with Indian and western herbs.
Shikakai or reetha + amla for wash, Hibiscus for conditioning. Or Western herb "hair gravy" of Soapwart, White willow bark, and marshmallow root.
Shea butter applied on ends as needed.
Pre-wash oiling with a coconut oil mix or a camellia oil mix.

My hair loved CO, my scalp, not so much. Hair and scalp agree on their hate of shampoo though. With herbs both are happy.[linked image]
