Last week I read up on PayPal services and as LisaJaney said, the same fees are charged to receive money on a Premier or Business Account, regardless of whether it's a credit cash payment or cash.</P>
Each user is allowed one Personal Account and one Premier or Business Account (whether it's Premier or Business depends on the volumes of the account). This means a person can has on completely free Personal Account and a Premier/Business account to use if you decide to accept a credit card payment from a buyer. However each account must have a different email address as well as a different credit card associated with it.</P>
The fees to receive a payment in US dollars is 2.9% + $0.30 but the fees are different for other currencies. </P>
