I'm not your typical chick, so I really liked this movie. It was very graphic and forced me to sit up with clenched fists instead of lying in my usual movie repose. I agree with your review, Frank. I'm glad you wrote it and not me; I couldn't have recounted the historical background and weaponry as accurately as you. However, maybe it's just me and war movies, but even with the names on the helmets, I still got confused with who's who. A very realistic war movie which puts me in awe of those who fight for my country and also makes me so grateful that I'll never have to do it"
