Thats pretty close to what I spent for the rockcrawler. I used a Dan Foss orbital that ended up being about $240 at the time. Hoses and fittings are another $50 or so. It runs off the PS pump with no problems but Im also not pulling alot of RPMs.

On the pull truck Jake plumbed in a Tommy Lift to the original steering box. It runs off a switch and is used only when needed or during the pull. Was a pretty cheap and quick way to go.

Bob,

Post some links please. I searched ebay and was not able to find new orbital valves for $105. I saw some hydraulic motors for that price though. I wouldn't mind picking up another one if I could get it for that price.

Adrian,

Check this one out ebay auction #110206031039

Here's the type of pump you need.

If you can find one cheaper then go for it. I couldn't when I was looking. Go with the electric over hydraulic cuz you'll be surprised how much power you can pick up by getting the stuff off the crankshaft.

Nothing new right now. It takes a lot of time and try different wording. 12 volt hydralic pump, DC hydralic pump, electric. A bad listing is a good day for you.I got a pump from a lowrider all chrome for that price. Made to run all day. Just takes a lot of time.If I find any thing I'll post I't. Happy Holiday's to all
