Looking through the string of questions about rears, what is a F106, Ford 10.25, I'm familiar with the Ford Dana's (44, 44HD, 60, 80), and knew the "other" guys were using the corporate rears. Was talking to a co-worker today who does the "Rock Crawling", and he was telling me how he has beefed up his front by installing Cheby outer knuckles to use the 35 spline axles? I have been working on getting the motor ready, but now might be getting a little nervous about my front.

I currently run a D60 with 35 spline outters. It upgrades the stub shafts to a 1.5" 35 spline so its the same as the inner shaft. Its a very easy swap in a Chevy but can also be done in a Ford with a little more work. I believe the 35 spline outters were from some type of Forestry D70 front originally . Very popular swap in the "rockcrawler" circle.

Ok Here's the skinny. A F106 is a 16000lb axle found in medium duty trucks and school buses. A Ford 10.25 is used in F250's and F350's. A Corporate rear is a Chevy axle, not sure what applications they were under. A D100, I believe, is almost the same size as a F106. An H110 is a Eaton 11000lb axle.
If your running a Ford Dana 60 then leave it and forget it! I've ran mine for 3 years now with no issues (this year making over 700HP, last year over 600 and the first year over 500)
Sorry I should have clarified. If your running a Dana 60 FRONT the leave it. If your running a D60 rear, then I would upgrade it to a 10.25 or a Corp. 14 bolt especially since your using a clutch.
