I am looking for some tires for my puller, I am limited by the North west Pullers to 31X15.50X15 tires. Any suggestions.

If you have the money and a drivetrain that will hold them, Cepeks are the ticket. Bars are OK too but having had both, I still prefer Cepeks. If you are going to run one ton stuff though I would suggest sticking with DOT tires.

Unless your refering to a tire I'm not aware of, Cepeks are a bar tire right???

Yes Alan, They are technically bars. I was referring to the difference in Cepeks and any of the floatation bars like Firestones or Good years. See the pics below. The Cepeks are quite noticeably taller and wider even though the size printed on the side is technically the same. The hook a lot harder too.

Firestone floatation - 31x15.50x15 on a 14" wheel

Cepeks - 31x15.50x15 on a 14" wheel

Like stated earlier, Cepek's are not very forgiving on 3/4 ton or 1 ton 4wd parts. The Goodyears/Firestones can be a nice little tire with some cutting/grinding. Since they are a little shorter (most measure around 28-29 inches tall), they give you another option when playing around with gear ratios etc....
