Dilemma

Well I find myself in a dilemma today... I haven't gotten much done in the shop for the last 2 weeks due to illness and kids. Tonight both the kids are gone for the evening, so I'm thinking I'll get to spend all evening in the shop! Then my wife suggest the two of us go out to eat. So that'll pretty much shoot down any productivity in the shop. And tomorrow I'll be in indy at the kids band competition, so no shop time until maybe Sunday....

What would you guy's do in this situation?? Date with the Mrs. or work on the truck?

Kind've hard to believe I'm even asking this isn't it... LOL

You better open the door for her and pull out her chair. Remember you got points to make up.

Wine and Dine her till the cows come home .. you can work on the truck any time. Building Brownie points with the better half is important. And beside you might get lucky later in the evening.

Well, I listened and left the shop locked up. So, hopefully I got some brownie points, cuz I REALLY wanted to be in the shop trying to make some progress. I did end up getting an hour in the shop yesterday, and got the 2 front motor plate brackets made and one welded in. Hopefully I'll be able to spend a few hours on it the next few nights after my kid's basketball games.
