I was wondering if anyone has any experience pulling with a np-208 or bw 1345 . I am pulling in a stock modified class w/street tires. I have 2 np-205 but they are really high geared! i can get a couple of each of the 208 and 1345 for near nothing . Seems to me like the way to go, but how reliable are they? Just wanted some input from you guys. Thanks!!!

Ya we ran a BW 1345 for two seasons before it blew out the case. And I think it was really due to the T/C being low on Fluid.

But it worked good while it was in there.

The auto guys around here use them with good reliability in the stock classes.

I used a 1356 for 2 years with great success. In fact I wouldn't hesitate to install it again if I had the right gearing for it.

How much hp were you guys running with those cases ? Also i am going with 33 inch dot tires and 4.10 gears. Would 600-700 hp be too much for the 1345? Thanks!!
