Sorry so slow to respond. Hooker weld-up kit # 2959
2-3/8" primary's. 4-1/2" collectors. Then I got a set of Dynatech slip-on collectors, I didn't like the weld-on's that came with them.
email me if you need a price. Thanks Bob

It is a univeral kit. It works great for outside the frame, it would be a lot of work to fit them inside the frame. It's avalible in 2-1/8, 2-1/4 and 2-3/8. I went with 2-3/8 because we are looking at going to more cubes soon.

Cool

If I were to build or buy another set of headers they would be out side the frame. In my opinion they are the only way to go.
I was asking the question about the tube size because I'm still unsure about what would be a good size to go with. I was hoping to get some input as to what I can use for a guide line. EI: cubic inch, RPMs and maybe HP levels.
I see alot of the Mud Boggers here running large tube headers but some of them are running 6 & 7 hundred cid motors with big Alum. heads. and this isn't or ever will be my case.
Thanks again Bob for all the info.

Try this
