Coffee Cans painted black and a strap so they dont blow off......
Some of the guys went to a place that makes bed covers and had a sleeve made to slip over things. Dont forget with a hole in the hood water tends to cover everything so cover electronics and the breather as well, just dont forget to take everything off. I know of this one guy that had a bad expereince with being in a hurry.....

We have covers made out of cotton fiber just sewn on a sewing maching with a tie strap at the bottom. For the hole, you can go to the local hardware store and get a 4" sewer pipe plug, put'em in tighten them down, and throw you covers over top. Without covers, bugs seem to be hard to get off the headers
Yeah we just use the plumbing plugs for pipe to plug our headers off. They are OK. We have a cover made out of that fake leather stuff for the air cleaner and will be putting on a new hood this year to keep the open hole to a minimum. We also thought about making almost like a cover for the engine with a tarp and putting snaps on the frame for when it looks rainy and we are transporting the truck.

Thanks for the tips. If I could only find a sponsor or a rich woman that likes tall fat guy's to donate an enclosed trailer then I wouldn't have worry about it. LOL
