Maybe

You'd have to see what rear end is under it. What about that delivery van behind it? Now that should have a decent rear end under it.

Yep" I was looking at that also and maybe hoping it would have the Cummins 4 cyl.motor in it to put in my Jeep. Thats getting to be a real popular swap

Digger.

I don't know the exact cut off year. But I was told that from '72 back into the '50s that chevy used the GM ho72.
There are some guys here that run that style of rearend.
TA says its on the same level as the 14 Bolt chevy.
He probably would know if anybody does.
I wouldn't have a clue about the front. Maybe a closed knuckle Dana 44 ??????

Draggin, your right it most likely is the H072 rear end. If that is what it is, then I'd pass on it and look real hard at the rear end under that delivery van. If you have to stay one ton and under then put a 10.25 or 14 bolt in. BTW, I'm guessing the delivery van has a gas motor in it.

Ken I just jizzed! I REALLY like the 65-66 body style. Haven't owned one yet, but someday.. lol

Frankenstein is right on, those trucks are very rare if its an orginal 4x4. My dad said the ones that where done factory came with big pontiac engines.

Thanks anyway. With the price of fuel, it would cost me a fortune to go up and get it. Hey came across this today. Look at the chart at what diesel was in 2005 and follow it to today.
