here is one i snaped of it last year when i first saw it. I remeber laughing and talking about how i wouldnt think it would be able to stop much for its size. Lol boy was i wrong, I have seen Iron Boy and Greg stoping some pretty high hp machines. Its funny where this pulling track was last year is now covered with a corn pile about 3 stories high and a 100 yards long.

Grain Elevator

I take it that elevator is still in operation? Around here, those elevators are drying up and many are being torn down. I remember as a kid riding in the truck going to the elevator. That was fun for a 9 year old. One truck didn't have a hoist, so they put the front tires on a wood platform that lifted the whole front of the truck up. Scared the pee out of me. My uncle thought it was hilarious. (see I WAS abused as a child)
When we have both sleds at an event (like we will at Calhan, Aurora and possibly Oakley) its a site to see. The CTTPA has an Iron Man sled (now called Sudden Impact) and both are red. We are beginning to market them as a package since Greg's sled does a great job with the stock pickups, minis and econo-rod tractors. Working on a double track possibility at a few future pulls, especially if the pacific northwest people come down with their minis.
It may be tiny, but the physics are just as potent. The sled was shown on the "Two Guys and a Garage" show when Greg brought his sled to Bandimere for a diesel pickup pull. I think a lot of those guys were surprised when they stopped short of the 300' line! (Some were WAAAAYYYY short - hurt some egos!)

If it pulls like the other Bauers that I have hooked it is amazing. Get up and go from the line and then that first stage hits and you know it is there and after the second stage you see who are men and who are boys. I have ran two of them. X-Factor out of MO and you can really feel the stages hit and then RedRock which the way he runs it you don't feel the stages but it will put a hurten on you.
