| Ok guys I be needin some help
We have the clutch installed and the willwood slave cylinder mounted
The slave is sposed to have 1 3/16" travel or stroke and we're gettin exactly 5/8"
There doesnt seem to be any air in it. Is there a trick to the slave to get the full stroke? CNC Stock car products supplied the pedal and master so it has enough volume and stroke for the slave.
I did notice when we were tryin to set it up that I can push the slave in or out fairly easily for about 1/4" even after it was bled - not squishy like it had an air lock.
My immediate thought is that the slave should be pulled on to full extension? before bleeding? or is it compressed to full pull position before bleeding?
thoughts please?

last one i put in i extended all the way, filled it, held it with bleeder slightly high, then colapsed it till no air, hooked it up which collapsed it some more, and it worked like a charm.. Hope you get it workin. |

Try to bleed your master also . there is a bleeder on there to,I had to do that once for mine. It is possible that the O rings are shot in the master too. They do make a rebuild kit for them. FYI I had nothing but trouble with CNC products I switched everything to Wilwood and all is good so far 2 years running. |
