Well seeing as i still have not gotten my new tires and still have not gone into production. I think im going to put my 15x14" wheels up for sale. I think after this year is over im going to get out of truck pulling.

geesh frosty!!!What the heck? You love truck pulling. Some times I think guys jump into pulling too fast. If maybe you would have stayed in the stock class for a few years or 15 like I have. I would hate to see you quit but it would be a wise decision. Especially the way things are going anymore.

idk if ill quit completely but im going slow down considerably. Idk if even next year i would be ready to step up to pulling cttpa fully. With greg's sled gone next year my bro and my dad wont be able to pull anymore.

Are there other sleds that pull in your area? (Not sure where you are for sure).

CTTPA and NSPA have there own sleds and are somewhat close. I kinda like to get a house before its impossible with the bank rates, and pay off my truck too. And lets face it i have been on the edge pulling with a pretty much stock 400 smallblock for 29 hooks in the last 2 years at 6,500-7,000 rpms. Knock on wood she is still going, but i couldnt afford a new engine if she went. Ill keep pulling next year with some cttpa and maybe a few with NSPA.

frosty i know exactly what your goin through ive only pulled once this season and thats cause my buddy paid for it but i hurt the engine not fatal but good enough to cost money and the fuel prices are its gettin tougher as of now mine on hold and on jack stands workin on buildin up the pullin fund (sponsors and right now charity) is always welcome LOL hang in there bud it will get better

yea,I dont plan on selling frostbite (i doubt i could get anything for it anyway), it just right now i got other things i should be doing. I might loose my sponsor after this year anyway which has paid for my fuel and transportation.

Frosty I feel your pain also. POS just died so I may be done for this year unless I can pull a rabbit out of the hat, so to speak.
