Can anybody point me to a source for buying a new output shaft for a sm465? Is there any stronger options for these shafts? We broke it in two places on our last pull.

pulled lots of years never broke output what gear was you using most of the time coupler will brake not out put shaft if you was running third high lock will happen alot

I got a 465 output shaft/main shaft from these guys. I'd order the bushings for 1st,2nd and 3rd gear right away also. I guess you learned what gears you can and can't use in a 465.
