What are you using on your front end as far as a bump stop. I have redone mine to be able to adjust up and down but need something where it hits the spring perch some type of rubber etc. everything new is polyurethane.. i figure i need something softer>?

All the trucks I've seen around here just have the bolt directly contacting the tube or spring on top of the axle.

i would think if you had something soft similar to a bump stop it would help absorb the impact of the front lifted and came back down

Have just ran a solid block on the end of threaded rod to adjust it with. Never have ran rubber between them havn't had any problems.

on my truck we thru out the old rotten rubber bumps and used some square tubing and capped the bottom off and put at small piece of rubber on the end of it. once you hang the weights it rest on it anyways
