wisconsin hitch questions--shazam?

P.I. rules for super stock pulling---"holp up mounting on bottom side of pulling hitch must be no more than a maximum of six inches form hook point."--is this a perpendicular measurement like the hitch percentage?--from the inside of the clevis?--also when you go from the 27% in super stock to the 30% in mod, do you think it pays to be able to move your hold up mounting when you extend the hitch for mod--thanks aj

AJ. Here's a picture of my hitch. You have to be within 6" of the outer edge of the clivus to be legal.

When I pull my hitch out to run Mod I then have to slide this 4" addition on the part I pull out due to the rules reading hitch can't move in during a pull.

And this is the compromise we made with the Mod guys at the P.I. Meeting.
