| A few weeks ago, you guys were talking some about front bump stops. I'm doing some front drivetrain work now and was wondering what is the 'best' option for these. Do they really need to be adjustable?? To replace the original rubber stops, I was thinking about welding to the frame a slightly longer piece of square tubing. Will this work?? What does everyone else do for this?? Any pics?? Thanks for the info. |

They do have to be adjustable. It makes it nice though to be able to play with it and find the perfect height. here we pull several different sleds go from real light to heavy... I used a piece of recap rubber on the bottom of my stop. soft enough to absorb impact if it comes off the stops but hard enough not to rebound back. hope this helps |
