If I had a 572 it would have about 60 more hp, Dan is right there is a pump in each club I run there is no need to protest Ill pump it at any pull you would like. Or when it blows up you can come over and check it. It usually make about 15 pulls and I have to fix it.
Just because you win that dont mean you are over on cubes.
i get accused of cheating all the time.... it gets old..... then people pat me on the back and tell me "take it as a compliment" well, that only goes so far..... people need to grow some onions and either protest your truck, or let that cut under their nose heal.
funny thing, i was talking to a friend of mine that works at a machine shop, and guys come in all the time wanting more horsepower...... I can tell you this for a fact, I'm running less horsepower then MOST of my competitors .... I am running about 650 hp and most of the chevy guys are pushing 750 and up.... I've never had my engine dynoed, but doing a desktop dyno, it is about 650.... gotta love having the short legs, and clear the hurdles the fastest.... lol

They can say what ever they want for power numbers, but the fact is with the cam lift rule CTTPA has in effect, there is only so much power a motor can make. I don't care how well the rest of the air pump works. Shoot, just because I SAY I'm getting 900hp from a pair of stock D3 castings doesn't make it true,,,,,or does it?

And motors aren't everything. Power is great, but skilled driving will overcome slight horsepower advantages. And Sean's not a slouch in the driving department. I've seen competitors to Sean burn the wheels off the starting line and wonder why they couldn't get any momentum built up. Sean has a much more steady take off. Being able to read a track and sense the "start" is a huge advantage.

Nah... he learned his big secrets and tricks at the Linda Lussetto School of Driving. He mastered the "ElbowLock" training... green flag, throttle down; red flag, throttle up. No exceptions, no backing off, no chickening out unless you want my mom to show you how its done!
