| i just wanna remind ya all
to be safe in the 09 season
i know most clubs have good safty rules
but even if it means doing something to your truck or tractor to make if
even safer and yes if it even adds a pound or 2
please think about your and the crowds safty
i didnt care much about satfty my 1st year out
i ran a oem flywheel and a oem bellhousing
and had it come throu the firewall
one pice missed a small child buy about 25 feet
witch dosent sound very close but it was close enof for me
that pice exited throw my pulling truck went throw my truck
i used for pulling the traile and broke the mater cyl
and there was many pices we couldnt dig out of the ground
it split the fire wall long ways
and i didnt even find the gas pedal
till i tore the truck down a few months later
i was very luck i didnt loss my feet or legs
or worse
after that i have made my trucks as safe as i can
like this year
even thou the club i pull in dosent have a rule on drive shaft loop
thickness
i decided to go with 5/16 steel
i also made new bump stops
and a few other things to make my truck safe for me and every one around it
i proulby added 100 lbs or better this year in safty stuff
but i feel better about
so guys even if it means gaining a few lbs to your truck or tractor
please keep safty your 1st priorty
