Well...Just installed my CUSTOM CUT 4.0 : 1 ratio ring and pinions....40 teeth on ring and 10 on pinion. This should get my final Just where I want it! We have to run stock tranny and transfer, and I run 33 inch tires.

28.3 in Low, and 26.2 in High...

So your planing on running 4high and low in the tranny??

Naw.....I was just messing around...LOL

However, It seems the that the final everyone likes to have requires more power than I can make! So, either I run 4.10's and high range which is hard on the tranny....Or 3.73's and low, and replace pinions if a track is good.

3rd and low range is ran all the time. Profab even makes a 3rd gear kit so you can have 2nd and 3rd as options.
