It was time to upgrade the drive shafts anyway! Aren't you glad you had the loops in place?

Ah come on now it did pretty well for a 42 year old drive shaft heheheh. Glen your right its probly close to triple the hp what i was making last year. But that combined with a really hard biting track and coming of the clutch harder then i did in mitchell about half down the track she went.

Also i gotta say the Nebraska Truck and Tractor Guys really got there stuff together. Very very nice people. I would like to go back next year or maybe hit another one this year.

So your finally into the 300 range now huh billie? I can sent you one of my old Ford driveshafts, it'll just laugh at that Chebbie motor. LOL

Seriously, you definetley need to upgrade to a stronger drive shafts. The stock ones just can't hold up to the kind of torque your' making.

I DID DO THE BADASS BURN OUT LOL! Idk if anyone saw it but... Anyway I agree Alan Im taking whats left of my exploded drive shaft to Inland Truck parts tomarrow and see what we can come up with.

Yeah Sean Cant fool you... Your right about the hitch hieght i rammed it back up to 26" before the pull and now that you mentioned it i wished i kept it at 20". Im starting to understand what you have been getting at now. The pull look similar to what you saw in kimball last year. The 20" felt way better in Mitchell.
